Important Information

This form is for content owners (or their authorized representatives) who believe their confidential information has been uploaded to Deal Manager AI without proper authorization. Common examples include Offering Memoranda (OMs), Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), rent rolls, or other proprietary documents.

Note: Deal Manager AI is a private software tool where users upload their own documents for analysis. We do not publicly display, redistribute, or share uploaded content with other users. Each user's data is isolated to their own workspace.

What Happens Next?

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
We will investigate the claim and attempt to identify the relevant content and user account.
If appropriate, we will remove or restrict access to the content and notify the uploader of the complaint.
We will follow up with you regarding the resolution within 5 business days.
For repeat violations, we may suspend or terminate the responsible user's account.

Privacy Note: Information you provide in this form will be used solely to investigate and resolve your request. We may share relevant details with the user who uploaded the content to allow them to respond to the complaint.
