AI Call Policy
Effective: August 16, 2026
This AI Call Policy applies when you ask Deal Manager AI ("we", "us", "our") to call you, for example by checking the "Call me right away" box on one of our forms, such as the fractional CTO consultation form or the voice agent demo. It explains exactly what you are agreeing to when you opt in.
What You Are Agreeing To
- A one-time SMS verification code sent to the phone number you provide, used only to confirm the number is yours before we place a call. Message and data rates may apply.
- A single phone call placed to that number by an AI voice assistant acting on behalf of Deal Manager AI, to discuss the request you submitted. If we miss you, we may attempt a limited number of follow-up calls about that same request.
Checking the box does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts or calls, and your consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
The Caller Is an AI Assistant
- The call is conducted by an automated AI voice assistant, not a live person.
- The assistant will identify itself as an AI assistant calling for Deal Manager AI.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed so our team can review your request, follow up accurately, and improve the service. By continuing a call, you consent to that recording where permitted by law.
- You can ask to speak with a human at any time and our team will follow up directly.
How to Opt Out or Revoke Consent
- Leave the box unchecked. You will still receive our reply by email.
- Decline or end the call at any time.
- Reply STOP to any SMS from us to block further texts.
- Email matt@dealmanagerai.com to revoke consent or request that we not contact you again.
Your Information
The name, phone number, email, and message you submit are used to verify your number, place the call, and follow up on your request. They are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are subject to our Terms of Service.
